OK, How could I misspell my own blog???

It is supposed to say "rae-of-sunshine", bringing a little sunshine into your life. I messpilled both sunshines. I used to get A's in spelling, and pride myself in quietly correcting the high school teacher I work with.

"Pride goes before a fall." Somewhere in Proverbs in the Holy Bible. I think Bob knows where.

Day after Easter
There were 14 people at our house. My knee was in pain, so everyone had to help. Everyone should have helped me before at other functions, this time it was a necessity. My favorite Aunt brought a lot of goood foood. We made 2 hams, 2 scalloped potaoes, K (not daughter) brought salad (a layered & good salad).

I'm of the mind set that if I don't have to cook I won't. Favorite thing to make... Reservations... EXCEPT you don't get any leftovers. Sooo cooking at home is good, but tiring. But like I said, hubby helped, Aunt, sons, their partners, even gramma.

My family can't seem to get on my website, but I can get to my site and put in my password and type. HELP, I don't want to just type for my own eyes, I want bloggers to read the 73 things I have on my mind at the same time!!!

Well, I got my midterm assignment back. It was 3 (18" x 24") pages back from the professor. And he said to correct the mistakes and re-submit. Sounds like double the homework this week.

Ah and here I am online, cuz I'm bored, and tired of the war news.

Hello bloggers,
My name is Rae, a woman in Southern California. Married, since childhood, raised five (5) wonderful children. Now it is my turn to go back to college. Yes, after 25 years out of college, I signed up for a class for Interior Design. The class is called "Drafting for Interior Design".
Ok, so it is much more difficult than I imagined, but I am getting thru this challenge. The first challenge, was that I needed stronger reading glasses, 2.0 was not making it. I went to an optomotrist to get my eyes checked, they are fine for now, she said to get 2.5 for reading.

So, what I would like to have comments about, is what to do with this newly acquired knowledge.
A little background on why I signed up for Interior Design is that I came across my 1967 "Interior Decorating," notebook from high school. In that notebook, the teacher graded it an A (in red ink), and said what a joy to grade an A notebook. Well that gave me lots of encouragement! I also found a simular notebook, dated 1978 from college, with the same grade. OK, that clinched it, I told this tale to a Home-Ec teacher at the high school I work. The next day she gave me a flyer for a city College (not my locale), that was before Winter break 2002. I went to that college and looked up on the internet, then called. Well first, I asked my 21 yr old son how to fill out an application for college. He showed me that the classes I circalled were available after a prerequested class. Anyway, that's how I ended up in Drafting, from Jan. 23 - May 29, 2003.
So the rest of my life is on hold, until I get thru this one 5 hour class every thursday done.

Thanks, any encouragement and atta-girls are greatly appreciated!

Well, I did it, I have my own blogspot!
Pilgrim's blog, Gates of Eden, Angel (Chercher La Femme), Kandy's Dish.
You guys comment, Ok?

A little sunshine always goes a long way!
My sunshine thought is that Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so.
And Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world,
Red and yellow, black and white they are precious in His sight.

You are precious today!
Rae
